Welcome to bravely.B

My passion is to empower women and girls navigating ADHD, menopause, or both to step into their strengths, overcome self-doubt, and build systems that let them embrace their full potential - whether in the classroom, at university, in the workplace, or at the board table

Leadership isn’t defined by age or job title. It’s about how we show up for ourselves and others. That’s why my work supports:

  • Young women and girls with ADHD to build confidence, routines, and focus as they navigate school, university, and daily life.

  • Adult women in leadership balancing professional responsibility with the realities of menopause, ADHD, or neurodiverse ways of working.

  • Organisations that want to create cultures where women and neurodiverse leaders thrive — with practical strategies, training, and consultancy.

Drawing on my background as a Dramatherapist, mental health trainer, and with a postgraduate certificate in psychodynamic and systemic organisational leadership, I blend creativity with strategy. I’ve worked with young people, trained professionals, and supported leaders - always with the same goal: to reduce stress, embrace strengths, and build systems that support real growth.

My mission: to create a community where women and girls can fully embrace who they are, build confidence in their unique strengths, and lead bravely - at every age and stage of life.

“Thanks to Bianka, our team feels more confident and prepared to support the children we work with, and also to enhance our professional practice and personal well-being.”
