A few times a year I run a comprehensive four month programme designed to offer social, psychodynamic and creative support to a small group of female leaders, designed to explore and build on their leadership strengths, build professional resilience and navigate the challenges and opportunities menopause brings with it.

This four-month program is designed to provide you with the tools and support needed to navigate menopause effectively. Through personalised sessions, we focus on managing symptoms, building resilience, and maintaining your leadership edge. The program includes:
